KeyResponsibilitiesYouwilldevelop:
- Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithclientsandcandidates,understandingtheiruniqueneeds,andprovidingtailoredrecruitmentsolutions.
- Sourcing,interviewing,andplacingcandidatesinappropriateroles,whilemanagingexpectationsandensuringaseamlessrecruitmentexperience.
- Overseeingthecompleterecruitmentcycle,includingbusinessdevelopment,candidateengagement,andsuccessfulplacements.
TheIdealCandidate:
- ExcellentCommunicationSkills:Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationwiththeabilitytoquicklybuildrapport.
- RecruitmentExperience:Atleast2yearsofexperienceinrecruitment,opentocandidatesfromallsectorsaslongasyouhavepermrecruitmentexperience.
- BusinessDevelopmentSkills:Provensuccessinsecuringnewbusinessandexpandingexistingclientrelationships.
